Willcox High School’s team of Jane Jansen and Oliver Rodriguez, posing with their teacher/adviser Ty White, at left, won first place in the 9th-12th grade division of the Youth Engineering and Science Fair on Feb. 25. The team’s project was “How You See Color.”  Also this past Saturday, the pair won first place at the  Southern Arizona Research, Science and Engineering Fair in Tucson (SARSEF), receiving a $2,000 scholarship with the win.
